Unit not responding

Good news is that the install went well with no problems. The units powered up and seemed to work great for 2 days. Now –nothing?? Lights are on, my phone says connected and paired but I’m getting nothing. Actually when I place a call, my phone says connected and I’m told I can be heard on the other end but it’s not working in my car. Actually my phone won’t work at all in my car unless I turn off the Bluetooth.

Any suggestions??

Hello there,
I had the same problem and email tech support and they responded with:

We are suggesting that all CLASS2 owners upgrade to the very latest code attached.
This should help resolve your issue.
You can upgrade the unit using the CoSTAR Programming Utility available for download from our website.

Thanks for the help--Tech support just had me install the latest update on Monday?? When I didn't get any response from Tech support, I pulled the onstar fure and repaired the unit again. Seems to be ok today, we'll see what happenes.
