Volume Resets when start vehicle

Hello,

I am having an issue where I set the volume. I normally max the volume out with the red,blue,white then turn the radio volume down. I am finding that the whenever I turn the vehicle off and back on it will reset to the default volume. The same also happens with the mic adjustment (during a call).

What type of vehicle is it in?
