J4 connector missing?

Just received the bluestar module and connected the two white J1 and J2 connectors to it and paired the phone, so far so good.
but during a call nothing happened checked the online manual and compared it with my onstar module and i am missing a J4 connector.J1 J2 and J3 were connected but J4 is missing. There is one green wire on the J3 is it possible that that is the GMLAN low speed that should be on the J3? and i am also missing the brown wires on the J1 and J2.
Need help !!!

BTW car is a 2005 Cadillac cts-v imported from US to Europe.

I purchased the bluestar for my wife's 04 Cadillac SRX for Christmas. I did the install today. I have the base stereo with OnStar, but only have J1 and J2. No other plugs in the module. The Phone would pair and try to make a call, but it does not go through the stereo. I installed the last version of software into the module, and it seems to be working now. Try putting in the last version of software to see if t hat helps.
