A2DP Steaming Code Bug

A2DP Steaming Code Bug

Postby marty45714 » May 6th, 2012, 8:40 am

Meant to report this long ago... My vehicle is a 2009 Silverado. When using A2DP streaming, the microphone in the truck is coming over the speakers. When I first discovered this, I was listening with the windows down, and was hearing all kinds of crackling. When I finally figured out the issue, I ran my finger over the microphone opening in the roof, and sure enough, I could hear it in the speakers. Also, if I turn up the radio loud enough, I can hear feedback.

Checking to see if you verified this issue and if there is a fix in the works?

Hi MArty,
I think the fix is pretty easy, we can just mute the mic when streaming.
I will work this into the release.

Has this been fixed yet and if not, do you have an ETA?
