Costar no auto connect

My Bluestar is no longer connecting to my Bluetooth automatically. I have unplugged the unit to see If that would reset the problem. Then I tried unpairing my phone. Finally I tried plugging in my laptop to check the status. I get the error that the device in unrecognized and "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" I have no idea what this means. Other than this the unit works "green light" and I have to manually connect the phone to Costar. The green light is always solid on the unit and never blinks. It goes red then solid green. Anybody have a solution?

Try erasing all the stored pairings by holding the RED mirror button in for 10 seconds.
Then re learn your cell. It should pair right up.
