Help needed

I am new to the bluestar and not very tech savvy. So here are my questions and issues. I have it installed in my 07 Denali with the DVD,nav system. Should I have call display on my stereo? Aso my wife and I both have galaxy s4 phones and when you press the phone button on the mirror to voice dial sometimes the phone has a black screen and sometimes it tries to voice dial through google search and it never seems to get it write.Is there away to set it so it doesn't use the google. Also can both of us be in the truck at the same time and both phones be connected. I bought the bluestar used and I'm wondering about updates, new features etc. I really like the idea of this product and I think I just have to get a few bugs worked out of it.

1) In my experience, usually only the number is displayed when the phone is ringing but not during the call.

2) Make sure on you phone you have Google Now turned off, otherwise your phone will try to search Google products first rather than your contacts.

3) No, not at the same time. It will pair with the first one it sees.

4) I've had it for 4 years and it's been great for me. Does what it says it will do.
