Phone connection mutes if side signals turned on !!!

Just got Bluestar 2010 installed in my 2008 H2. After intial trouble connecting to my Samsung Galaxy Note,it works fine but now I noticed that if I turn on the side signal, the phone mutes and when the side signal is then turned off, I can hear the other party. Any suggestions on a remedy?>

are you referring to your turn signals?

Wow, that is strange.
This I think is a function of the radio. It inserts the turning indicator signals as well as all door chimes.
It must be muting out the onstar audio path when this happens.
Perhaps increasing the bluestar output volume will help.
