The rear view mirror has the factory Onstar buttons. One to the left has WHITE dot, center has BLUE onstar logo and right has RED emergency logo. These are your control buttons. It can be confusing. Post back if you have concerns with the module becoming none responsive like it is in the 05 caddy I install into.

You guessed it! now, non-responsive.
Hold my hand, pleeese, and help me make it work.
Is it still supposed to work through the stereo speakers as my '05 STS did?
(The 'OnStar' appears to use a small speaker on the lower part of the dash, near the "Start Button").
