09 Pontiac G8 caller ID

I installed my Bluestar 2010 today and my caller ID doesn't work. The only thing that appears is Bluestar and voice. My onstar used to post number. Is it my car or my phone I have a iPhone 4s. One more question, is this device able to stream music from my phone or iPod?

I have an 08 G8 and the caller ID shows up on the DIC, not on the radio screen.

Thanks, and yeah I was talking about the DIC. I will play with it again tomorrow.

Oh, and the caller ID only works on inbound calls. Only shows voice call (or something like that) on outbound.
