Hello,

Any news ? I can just pairing the first time after reset. After he's never connects. Often it is not recognized by the phone. I tried the Samsung Star of my wife and had a hard time seeing him and when he saw, he did not want them connected.

I have a similar issue. I have an Iphone 4 and drive a Cadiallac SRX. On an incoming call, I get the ring and when I click answer I get a choice of sources, IPHONE, SPEAKER, BLUESTAR but no matter what I select I can not connect via bluestar. Also, all subsequent calls will do the same thing. However, if I initiate a call prior to receiving one all works just fine. I previously had a BB bold and had no such issues. Please help as its very frustrating. I am not sure if its a IPHONE setting or Bluestar. Thanks To add, I have just updated to the lastest software.

When you say that, I remember having the same problem with the same answer choices. The latest up-to-day was also made. I know that the iPhone Bluetooth does not offer the same services as other brands (for file sharing, we need to install additional Bluetooth services) The problem does not he come here? Sorry for my English;-)

I just installed in my GMC Terrain 2010. I'm having some issues with my iPhone 4S. I'm going to test it out tomorrow and play around with it some more, but in initial testing...it's not re-pairing automatically when I start the car. I have to go into the Bluetooth menu on my car and click on the Bluestar. Then it pairs 100% of the time. :?: :?: :?: :?:

Any help with this Mr. CoStar? I've e-mailed you regarding this and haven't heard back. Plus you've been invisible in this thread. I didn't have a problem with my old bluetooth speakerphone. I've tried re-setting my phone, the Bluestar, and no change. It still connects fine manually but will NEVER re-connect when I turn on the car.

I will try updating my module today. I assumed it would come with the latest software when you buy it.

Worked all afternoon with Chris to get the BlueStar to pair up with my iPhone upon vehicle start-up. He rebuilt a custom firmware for me and VIOLA, it worked! I'd recommend e-mailing him if you still have issues with iPhone's not pairing upon vehicle start up. Thanks

I am having a probelm with my 4S as well. It worked on and off. Most of the time my phone is connected but I can't hear the caller and they can't here me. The next time I use my phone it works perfectly.
