Phone shows paired however no led light on

Everything was working fine, next day no led on mirror, phone shows paired however can not make or receive calls. Thoughts? Installed in 2012 vette.

Ok so led is on, phone shows paired and calls can be selected to use bluestar, but nothing is coming through, radio does not mute, on star controls ( controls on mirror for the bluestar do nothing. ) Worked fine yesterday?? This product is not user friendly I will say that. Help before I rip it out and put in the trash!

Please contact tech-support for the latest Firmware version.
We have addresses an issue with some CLASS2 vehicles running 12-0718 which you probably have installed.
