Need Help 04 Deville

Just installed. Not successful yet. I'd appreciate any help.

1) I can pair, but the car's mic does not work. I can hear and adjust incoming volume just fine, but the other guy cannot hear me. The red button mic gain adjust during a call does not work (I never hear the beeps, and no change to mic performance)

2) I had three "extra" connectors on the old onstar module that did not get re-connected to bluestar. Is that ok? Just leave them hanging?

3) My bluetooth connection to blue star keeps dropping every 30 sec or so. Ideas?

Thanks in advance for any assistance! Love the idea of this product, but so far no go!

1) sounds like you need the External GMLAN Connection. Found on home page. I have a 05 sts had to do it to mine.

2) Don't leave anything unplugged. If it is not used on the Bluestar, plug it back where it came from.

3) Don't know. Could be those plugs unplugged.
