Steering wheel controls inop - version 13-0311

Just purchased a new wrangler unlimited yesterday. Steering wheel controls worked fine yesterday and this morning, but when I got in this afternoon nothing except the cruise control button was working.

Any idea what this could be before I have to take back to deale

My BlueStar II shipped from the factory with firmware 13-0506, but it displays this exact same problem. I have a 2007 GMC Sierra (new body style) with non-Bose, non-nav radio and an iPhone 5s. I even tried re-flashing the firmware and DSP, but no improvement. I emailed tech support, but the only response was "I don’t recall the bug in 13-0311, but according to the link, that was fixed in 0506", which isnt very helpful, since it behaves like it wasn't.

Tech support found a bug and emailed me firmware 13-0506E, which fixed the problem. Great customer support! Thanks
