Unit dead?

Today my blusstar Pnp will pair with my phone but am unable to hear anything when I make a call and when I press the talk button on the steering wheel it simply mutes the radio. I no longer get the onstar icon in the top right of the nav unit display like I did previously.
Any ideas?

Unlike the 2010 model, the pnp cannot be reset from the mirror buttons. Try to unplug the unit for a few minutes. Or you can pull the onstar fuse, whatever is easier.
That should help. If not you can send it in for us to look at. I do have lots of old stock or If you are an original owner, we offer a $99 upgrade program to get you into the 2010 model.
