2010 silverado. Place a call with cell nothing happens with radio, hear nothing when cell is connected, person on other end can hear me.. What did I miss?

Everything seems to power up fine. Pairing is good I think. Any help would e greatly appriciated..

So after returning and getting a replacement everything seems to be working great!
