Anyone have Caller ID working Cadillac Non-NAV radio

My Bluestar unit works but it only displays a phone symbol on my radio display. I have wondered since day one why Caller ID information is not being displayed. Does anyone have it working on a similar setup ?

My 2009 Chevy Equinox shows the caller ID in my mileage screen. It just shows a phone on my radio.
