I just installed my new Bluestar into a 2007 GMC Yukon. J1, J2 were used and there were no plugs in what I believ to be J3 or J4. I left the Onstar device in the car with the other 2 plugs connected (antenna and ?).
Anyway I have a Motorola Razor V3M and it cannot find the device. I have tried to pair manually and still no luck. any advice?

sorry, problem was with the phone. Now everything works fine.
