Help! Entire audio unit locked/frozen/stuck!

Hi!
I've got a 2008 Cadillac XLR-V. I just bought and installed a bluestar 2010 (whatever the newest model is).
The install went great, and the system worked well once. The next time I got in the car, it connected automatically and worked fine.
However, the first time I changed the radio source (from XM1 to CD), I had to go through a "Phone" mode.
Once it cycled through the phone mode, it wouldn't get out of it.
Now, my radio is stuck in a phone mode, and although I can see that the other audio sources are changing, the display and the sound keep displaying the audio from the bluestar.
For troubleshooting, I've even tried turning off the phone, pressing every sort of button on the mirror, and shutting off bluetooth. I can't even turn the radio off when its stuck in the phone mode.
I can still make and receive calls, but I can't do anything but that.
Thanks for the help! This is really disappointing!
