Always Muted

Whenever I make a call or receive one it is always muted. Voice dial won't respond unless I hit the red button. Everything worked fine when I first got the Bluestar device then I attempted to upgrade the software and now this issue.... any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Installing the older code in the newer hardware will result in the mute function being inverted (default on).
If you need to run older code for some reason, we have a version that inverts the mute signal. Please email techsupport if you need this.
