So I got my Bluestar 2010 today, I was available to do an install of J1 and J2 to my 05 Silverado. Pairing was also flawless I got a solid green light on both the mirror led and the module, but when making a call I'm unable to hear anything on my truck speakers. I turned off the vehicle a few times to see if it was a reset issue but nothing happen still no sound through the speakers. Also I notice after turning off the truck both lights remain on on solid green with the vehicle off. Please let me know what else can be done?

Fyi: I'm using an Samsung Note cell phone, not sure if its a comparability issue.

Sounds very similar to the problem I had this week installing a new module on a 2004 Silverado. Chris recommended I update the code in the module. This requires downloading the Programming Utility, updating the utility drivers on your computer, then using the utility to update the code in the module. This sounds like a lot but I'm not a tech guy and I managed to fumble though it.
