Bluestar no longer working

Not sure what happened, but our Bluestar is no longer working in our Buick Enclave.

It used to work fine with both cell phone and blackberry, but now neither one works.

I can still pair up, but the Bluestar doesn't kick in (make noise or flash on DVD screen).

When I make or receive a call, phone does not mute, speakers do not kick in, and I have to transfer call to handset.

Any suggestions?
