Streaming question

Streaming question

Postby mx309 » March 9th, 2012, 8:33 am

After upgrading the firmware to my Bluetooth module the other day, I noticed I now have an option to choose where to send the audio coming from my iPhone. It provides three choices:

1) iPhone Speaker
2) BlueStar
3) iPhone

BlueStar is automatically selected, but it is not coming through the radio. (05' Chevy Silverado)

The phone audio is working just great though. Is there something I am missing to make this happen? Or, if there is anything you need from me, I will happliy assist.

Thank you for all your hard work!

Hi RAndy,
Not sure how this happened for you, but somehow your A2DP profile must have gotten enabled.
I have released round 2 of some beta code for field testing to one of my outside guys. We are definitely getting close to a solution, and could have something by the end of the month. When ready to open up for customer beta, you can give it a go for us.
Thanks,

Hey i also have a 2005 silverado and was wondering how that beta testing was going and if you have been able to work out the A2DP kinks that would allow streaming. Only difference is i have an android based phone.

thanks
