how do you bring to unit to factory default

meaning wipeing out the phones that i have programed

having a problem pairing a phone with a blackberry 9870...it connects and works but as soon as i turn the car off and start it again it fails to pair again

looks like its doesnt reconnect automaticly i have to do it manually...my other phone reconnects automaticly...any ideas?

Pressing the RED mirror button for 7-10 seconds will erase all stored pairings in the BlueSTAR.
IF you have stored more than 4 phones, it will not automatically pair to your cell.
