I am an old guy with not great vision or physical flexibility. I am not even sure I if I have found the on star module. I removed 2 plastic rivets fom under the glove box and found a rectangular case in a bracket, it has the white plug ins but it also has two other connectors one blue and one black. That is all I could see without removing the module. Very limited space in the corvette. Is that the on star box and what do I do with it???? Don't laugh, this is not easy when you are 76 years old and raised in a house with a dial telephone and a radio. LOL. Any advice would be appreciated....

Sounds like you found the right module. Just unplug the two white connectors, and plug them into your bluestar module. The two plugs are different, and will only go in one way. The LED will start flashing, and you should then be able to pair your phone. Go to your Bluetooth options in your phone and put it into search mode, and it will find the bluestar unit. You should be good to go!

The harness with the white connectors also has a black connector, what should I disconnect and what should I not? I was able to disconnect the lower white but due to limited space had difficulty trying to get the upper one. Put it all back together except for the under glove box cover and decided to ask for help before ruining something. I wrote a note to Chris, I hope he is monitoring the forum. Wish me luck.
