Loud Echo - Receiving Line (not in vehicle)

Just installed the Bluestar module in my 2009 Saturn Vue. Install was super easy and everything went smoothly.

My only large complaint is that on the receiving end of a call the callers voice echo's through the phone, every word is echo'd as if their voice is being repeated through the speakers and back into the Mic. Lowering the volume helps it, but even at very low volumes (effecting the drivers ability to hear) echo is still present.

I tried calling the vehicle and I can hear myself echo'ing badly. There are no echo's inside the vehicle and the call quality inside the car is very good.

How do I resolve this?

You can lower the mic gain as well. This should eliminate all echo.
Follow the volume control procedure while on a call to adjust the mic gain.
