Battery dead after a few days what to do?

I went on vacation for 5 days right after installing the bluestar and now my battery is dead. I read some old Cadillac XLR posts about this problem but assumed it would have been fixed by now since the posts were old. I am on the firmware 11-0401. Willing to try any suggestions.
