Voice control

My Bluestar appears to be working ok in my 2007 Buick Lucerne except it occasionally does not seem to understand new commands. I've adjusted mic gain etc. but will still stick on recalling last person called. If I cut unit off then reboot unit works fine for a couple of days then problem re-occurs. Any ideas out there?
