Saab 9-7x, mutes radio cant hear anything

I installed this a few months ago in my 2008 Saab 9-7x. It has never worked flawlessly. I've made 2 successful calls.
Now however it simply mutes the radio and I cant hear anything. If I hangup the radio kicks back in.

I am using a Blackberry Tour. If I redirect the call to the handset I can hear the call and no issue, radio unmutes as well.

Not sure why it isn't working. Doesnt work with my wifes BB Bold either. I have deleted it from my phone and re-paired hoping it would fix it, but no dice.

Any ideas? I bought the latest and greatest after the DIC tweak (which I dont see that either) so I thought I waited for all the kinks to be worked out.

Hi Jim,
Something is wrong. The 2008 is GMLAN based, so you should see the callerID displayed on the DIC and the mute controls should be rock solid.
Please contact tech support for some additional troubleshooting and possible replacement if the unit is not performing as expected.
