Astra connection problems

Been having some connection issues. Phone successfully connects with costar, but when calls are made/received it rings once through the radio but then disconnects. I've restarted my phone and everything and it actually stays connected but the unit comes up as not connected. Is there some kind of update I need to have that will fix this? Does anyone know anything else I could try? Thanks!

I downgraded to firmware version 12-0718 and the dropout problem stopped. I have not heard back from tech support yet.
