Location in the 2003 with AWD?

It's a great, comfy car, and is still my regular commute car. This looks like a great answer for both streaming audio, and for hands-free calling. But, where can I plug it in? My dealer had no solutions when On* went to digital, and they wouldn't tell me where the box was then. Now there is a solution, but I still don't know where to connect it. Clues, please.
