Very Happy with Bluestar II

We received our Bluestar II a couple of days ago and installed it yesterday. The biggest problem was locating the ONSTAR control box to access the J1 and J2 plugs. No one seems to have installed the Bluestar II unit in a 2007 Chevy Uplander before. Even GM Canada was no help. We eventually found the unit on the drivers' side under the windshield trim of the dashboard. Space and length of wiring are at a premium here so one is left with two options: i) take out the OnStar box completely and fasten the Bluestar unit to where it was or, ii) simply plug in the Bluestar unit and let it hang down into the cavity where the wiring harness comes up from. We opted for the second choice for the time being. The unit paired up our flip-phone with no trouble and all seems to be well, other than the voice dialing which keeps repeating your request followed by some distorted, unintelligible gibberish. This is the only hurdle that we've encountered with our install and at the time of this writing it appears livable. Fine product. We'll keep you posted on any further developments, be they good or bad.
