Any ideas on location?

Its under the glove box. you probably have to add the external jumper as explained in the app note available on the website.

Edit to earlier post- The module was in fact under the glove box. There is a plastic cover directly underneath the glovebox that needs to be removed. You do not need to open the glovebox or look behind it- the module is UNDER it.
